5 Most Used Folders
The 5 most recently used folders view when validating information has been designed to speed up saving information into Digimind folders and projects while you are working. Everytime you decide to store a story:
- from DCF results pages
- from boxes on the dashboard (news, RSS feeds or alerts)
- using archives inside an agent
- adding new information from the add new information button
- working with stories you find clicking on graphs or analysis
What you will see
On the right side you will see at the top a list of the folders you have used to store information recently. This list will contain up to five folders. The folder names have been condensed so that they are easy to identify. You will see the name of the project at the beginning and the name of the destination folder at the end. In between you may see /.../ which is used to indicate that there is at least one folder between the project name and the destination folder. In the example above, the information is going to be saved in a project called cheese and in a folder called Gorgonzola. To see the full list of folders, hover over the folder. In this case the information is going to be saved in the folder Gorgonzola, which is a sub-folder of the folder blue, which is in turn a sub-folder of cow, a sub-folder of Italy, which is inside the project cheese.
The other folders and projects to which you have access are listed below. You can open them and select them for storing information by clicking on the black crosses by the side.
