The administration window is only accessible to users who have administration rights for their Digimind platform. Within this section of Digimind you can
- add users
- assign users to groups
- modify the style of the platform
- upload templates for newsletters and reports
- configure how parts of the platform behave
To access the page, click on the settings cog in the top right corner of Digimind, and then on the Administration button. If you cannot see this button you do not have administration rights for your platform.
Clicking on the administration button will open a new page where you will see seven tabs.

In the advanced options of the Users Administration tab you will find:
On this tab you will be able to create and manage groups of users.
You can use groups to share projects and dashboards and to send out newsletters and Watchlists. This will be helpful if you have a large number of people with whom you would like to share several elements of the platform. You can find out more about working with groups inside Digimind by following this link.
In this tab you will find:
Session time: Digimind Intelligence will automatically log out your users after a given amount of time. This is one of the ways we are keeping your information secure, as many people leave their computers wide open when they go for coffee or even lunch! The default setting is 20 minutes, but you can increase this to something more comfortable.
Activate validation of comments before distribution: Click this box if you would like to validate all of the comments left on any stored or validated information before they are visible on the platform.
While saving a story you can: This allows you to select the type of extract you would like Digimind to create for you while you are validating or saving a story. The default setting is for no extract to be generated. You can choose between:
Email address to contact the support: If you leave this blank any questions posted inside Digimind will go directly to our Digimind support team. If you would prefer to answer the questions yourself you can add in another email address here.
Source administration: The information you store while working with Digimind needs to have a label. The Digimind Support team will have created a label for your information as they checked the platform before making it available to you.
Information on Tracker source: Our support team use this panel if they need to investigate questions concerning a particular source that one of your monitoring agents is tracking. They can identify which monitoring is tracking the source, and from there they will be able to better understand what is causing the question you have asked them.
Information sent: Digimind users can send out individual pieces of stored information by mail. You will be able to see the title of the information sent, the person who sent it, to whom and the time of sending. You will not find details on any information sent out from the platform by newsletter or by Watchlist in this tab.
