With Digimind Insights, your sales team are aware of recent news regarding their clients
What is it ?
Information that is collected and capitalized into Digimind is sent to Salesforce, as a news feed. The feed cab be displayed within any kind of Salesforce page (account for exemple) and automatically updated when new information are collected by Digimind.
How does it work ?
When opening a Salesforce account page for exemple , our API is requesting the Digimind platform based on the name of the account.
All collected information that has been tagged with the name of the account, or that has been stored on a specific folder with the same name, are sent to Salesforce.
When clicking on the article, the reader will be redirected to the original content of the article (in a new tab)
User can see additional info:
- By clicking on “see more news” button for older articles
- In fine-tuning the search, with a keywords based query
Adapted to SalesForce Lighting interface but compliant with SalesForce classic
Compatible with all SalesForce releases (Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited)
A SalesForce package is delivered to the client and must be installed by your CRM administrator
