DCF - The Digimind Content Factory
Digimind Intelligence is a really great tool for monitoring and picking up new stories and information from the parts of the internet you need to keep an eye on.
In addition, you have at your fingertips a huge database of recent information, constantly kept up to date. You can access this at any time, to investigate a subject before you set up a monitoring system, to look back over the last year's history for any subject, or just simple to read and store the information you find.
The Digimind Content Factory contains many hundreds of thousands of news articles, from many different international sources and covering a range of topics: politics, business news, current affairs, etc.. The DCF is updated in real-time and we keep the information for up to one year.
Search in the DCF
Running a search in the DCF is as easy as pie. You will be able to consult and interact with the latest information on your subject.
Click to open the search bar:
Select news from the drop-down menu:
Enter your search terms:
Hit the return or enter key to see the results.
Helpful Hints: DCF Search
If you forget to select news before you run the search, you can select to read news after your launch the search. Searching without selecting news will find everything on your platform that contains your keywords: stored or validated information in projects, alerts from agents, news from the DCF and profiles.
The Digimind Content Factory contains many thousands of articles. You may need to use the advanced search options for the DCF to refine your search terms. You can read more advanced search options on this post.

From here you can read the latest news, see similar stories, filter to refine the results, and store any information you think is interesting.
Click on the title to read the story in full. You will be taken to the URL on which the story was published:
Click on similar news to see other stories that contain very similar keywords and keyword combinations (80% similar):
On the next page you will see the similar news stories:
Filter the results with the white and red filters.
The white filters are static, and will allow you to filter by media type, language and business event. The contents of these lists are always the same.
The red filters are dynamic, and will allow you to filter by countries mentioned in the news, concepts in the news, people and companies. These filters are generated from the results of your search. Each time you run a search, the choices will be different, and when you filter your resutls, you will see the red filters are recalculated.
To store or validate information, click on the arrow by the title, and then select validate from the drop-down menu:
