How to validate or store information
This article explains how to work with the validation page.
After you have clicked to save or validate information, a lightbox will open. This is the validation page:
There are different actions you can do from here.
Select destination folder
At the top of the folders explorer you will see the last 5 folders you have used.
Below this you will see the projects in which you can store information. To open a project, click on the black cross by the side of the name of the project.
Select the folder in which you would like to store the information. This action is mandatory. Information cannot be stored without a folder / project.
Add tags
If you would like to tag the information, click on add tags:
You will then be able to select the tags you want to attach to this information. They will display in the space below:
Title and details
You can modify the title and the text by clicking in the appropriate spaces. You can use the formatting bar to format the text.
