Alerts
Digimind Intelligence using a system of agents to bring fresh information into the platform. Trackers can then turn these alerts into stored information, and therefore keep the information in safe place forever. This will enable the infromation to be included in various publication formats and to be shared with other interested parties.
The first step in this process is to set up and build the agents you need to collect information. You can find out more about setting up agents on this page.
The second step is to see the alerts your agents have generated, and then to decide which ones to keep.
There are two places you can see the alerts: My Reader and a dashboard. The choice you make will depend partly on your personal working style and partly on how you need to organise your project.

The Reader interface is great for seeing all your alerts in one place. | Typically alerts are organised by subject (competitors, geographical zones, etc.) |
There is no need to configure or set up the Reader. It will automatically display the alerts from the agents you can access. | Dashboards are configured by each user to meet his / her own needs. Agents are selected for display on a dashboard. |
The Reader is a personal working space. | Dashboards can be personal (only visible by the owner of that account) or shared (visible and interactive for the people who have access). |
