DI.12
Digimind Intelligence 12 is a complete social competitive intelligence software. It has been designed to cover all the needs of CI professionals, with a user-friendly interface inspired by the sharing opportunities of social media, to enhance interaction and collaboration within your organization.
DI.12 will help you to track and monitor a wide range of internet sources, from niche bloggers to mainstream media sites, Twitter, Scoop.it, online search engines, and many many others. The power of DI.12 lies in the ability to set queries for sources, so that you can be alerted when important information is posted, and then quickly capture that, to share with others.
The platform contains two distinct working spaces. The front office is where you can read and analyse the latest information on the subjects that matter to you. From here you can also select which pieces of information you would like to store in order to share with other people. The back office allows you to set up your collection and monitoring system to be sure you get exactly what you need. Administrators can also manage the users of their platform.

Inside the front office, you will find the following:
Personal Dashboard
A display of the latest information and analysis that you can configure to meet your individual needs.

From the personal dashboard you can easily access other spaces for consulting information:

- Shared dashboards
My Watchlist
This feature is available for clients with the Watchlist option. It allows you to see the latest stored information on the subjects that matter most to you.
Shared Dashboards
Shared dashboards can be set up in the same way at your personal dashboard. The big difference is that a shared dashboard is also accessible by other users of Digimind Intelligence, making them a truly collaborative working space.
Search
DI.12 lets you capture, treat and store a lot of information on as many subjects as you need. You can search in news and alerts, the two major ways information comes into the platform. You can also search in your stored information and in profiles (if you have this option).

DI.12 Back Office
The back office is where all the set up is done. Here you will find:
Agents
Digimind agents are where the monitoring magic happens. A monitoring agent will take the filter you have specified and track the sources you list to bring new alerts that match your filter into the system. They can be configured from the agents page.

Projects / Folders
Projects and folders are the storage system of your base. On the projects and folders page you will be able to see and modify the structure of your folder tree.

Lists
Lists are a central part of DI.12. They can be used to prepare and save queries, which you will then use in a number of agents, in DCF searches, for creating graphs and for tagging information you store into projects.

DI.12 Back Office Admin
In addition, those users with administration rights or access to the statistics feature of Digimind will also be able to access these from the back office panel.
Administration
Create and manage your users here. You can set the access they have to different features or parts of the platform.
Statistics
Create and run statistic reports on the way your project is running (number of validated or stored pieces of information, number of pieces of stored information read, etc.).
