DI.12 Watchlists
Watchlists are one of the ways you can share or publish information from Digimind Intelligence. To find out more about the other publication options you can read this post.
In order to create a Watchlist you need to have this option on your DI.12 base, and you need to be an animator or administrator.
The advantages of using Watchlists to distribute information is that the recipients can personalized the content of their deliverables. Administrators or animators on the Digimind Intelligence platform create Watchlist channels. The recipients then select which of the channels they would like to receive. They can subscribe or unsubscribe at any moment from the channels.
Watchlist are sent out daily, but recipients can select to receive the information on a weekly basis.
Watchlists can be structured using either folders or tags in a project. Folders and tags can be used to select the information you would like to include in the report. To find out more about working with tags and folders in a project please follow this link.
Recipients of a Watchlist need to have a Digimind Intelligence login. They can then access the Watchlist dashboard, manage their subscriptions and see the latest news.
