Digimind Intelligence allows you to validate or store information into projects either manually or by automatic categorization rules. For more details on storage rules, please read this article.
One-click validation allows you to store information directly into the correct folder in a project simply by clicking on the save button directly visible from the dashboard. This will greatly speed up the validation process.
Set Up One-Click Validation
In order to set up one-click validation you need to have
- At least one active agent collecting information.
- A project or folder into which you would like to store or validate information.
The next step is to create a link between the agent and the destination folder for validated information. This is done by an assisted validation rule.
There are two ways to set up an assisted validation rule.
- Click to edit / create an agent and then inside the advanced options of an agent you will be able to manage the validation method.
- Directly from the dashboard, hover over the alert, click on “save” and then on “manage your folder association”.
In both cases, the new rule will apply only to fresh alerts found after the changes were made.
Use One-Click Validation
For alert portlets on the dashboard, you will be able to click on “save” to store this alert directly into the associated folder.
If you need to edit the information before storing it into a Digimind project, click on the “edit and save” button:
You will then be able to modify the tags you associate with this information, change the destination folder and rework the information before saving.
