Rights for folders
When you are creating a folder, you can choose who to share the folder with. The first step is to ensure that the user in question is able to access that particular folder.
You can see the users listed on the right side of the page.
If the person you would like to see the information is not listed, click on "Add new member".
This will take you to another page, where you can select users and their roles for this project.
Check with your administrator
If you can see the user listed as a project member but this person cannot access the folder and the information contained within, you will need to check their information management rights. If you are an administrator for your Digimind platform you can do this yourself. If you do not have administration rights, you will need to contact your administrator and give them the following information.
Inside the administration section of Digimind, click on the user's name. This will open a summary of that user's access to the platform. Inside the fourth tab, "Info management" you will see details of how that user can manage information that is stored on the Digimind platform.
In order to a user to access what is in folders, the fifth box down - Evolution - must be checked.
