There are times when you may want to transfer information from one folder or project to another, perhaps because you need to restructure your project to better meet your publishing needs.
The first step is to identify the information you would to copy, move or delete.
Inside a project, use the check boxed to select the information.
Then, using the "more actions" button, select if you would like to copy, delete or move the information. Be very careful, if you delete the information and then decide you want to get it back, a service charge will be applied.
Then select the destination folder for any information you would like to move or copy. The current project name is highlighted in blue. So in this case I am copying information from a folder tree with English folder names to one that is named in French:
Click on OK and the information has been either moved or copied.
