When working with the Digimind Content Factory you can narrow the results you get by using the filters on the right hand side of the page.
For example, here I have run a search in the DCF using the search term "team sky":
On the right hand side of the page, I can now see these filters:
When I click to select one, the results I am shown will now be refined to include the filter I select.
Adding sources to a Digimind agent will allow you to:
- apply more sophisticated queries
- automatically validate alerts the agent brings back
- benefit from Digimind's built-in statistics to see how many alerts you validate from a given source
Combining DCF results and Agents
After I have run a search on the DCF and added the filters I need to get to the results that interest me, I can add this to an agent as a source.
At the top of the DCF results page click on "monitor this search".
This will open a new page, where you can name the source and select the agent you will use to track the search results:
On your dashboard you will now see this source in your agent, with the symbol indicating it is from the DCF:
