Lists are useful for creating and managing queries in agents and in the DCF. You can also use them to create graphs and analysis. To find out more about how to create lists, read this article.
Here are some troubleshooting tips for working with lists.
Give your list a sensible name
Digimind reads information in a different way to human beings. We understand "and" a different way to Digimind. As a result, including "and" "or" and "not" in the name of the list will make it difficult for Digimind to process. The same is true for ( ) and " ".
Test the individual queries in your list
As you are preparing your list, you can click on the "test query" button to check that there are no syntax errors.
When I click to test the query, I will receive an error message to tell me that there is a syntax error:
If the word "and" makes up part of the name of a company or product that I would like to track, I can use the tilde (for more on the tilde, read this article).
