Lists are a great way of storing queries and keywords so that you can use them again and again. To find out how this works, you can follow this link.
In addition, the really useful lists you create can be shared with other users of the same Digimind platform. This will be most helpful if you have crafted a list containing the key competitors for your sector, or the key product definition types, or any other crucial component of your scope. Sharing the list and its query as a public list will enable the other users to use your work and your expertise.
Public and Private Lists
Private lists can only be used by the person who wrote the list, the author. On the other hand, public lists can be used by any tracker to prepare queries for agents, run searches in the DCF, or to create graphs.
Only the list author, an administrator or a user with animator rights can edit a public list (rename the list, change the color of list items, update the query, rename an item, switch from public to private, delete the list).
Switch from Private to Public
Lists are automatically set as private.
To open the list to the other users of the platform, click on "Private" inside the list. This will reveal a drop-down menu. Click on OK to record your choice.
