Using Digimind to Save and Share your Reports
After you have created a report using the Digimind platform you can then use the platform to stock the report and / or to email it to people who are interested by the contents.
A document that has been saved in this way can then be consulted by anyone who has access to the platform and, in addition, these users can add comments to the report. You can work collaboratively by sharing your analysis and thoughts on the information in the report.
Click on "manage" in the bar at the top and then on "add information".
You will be able to name the item and choose a destination folder for it. Click on the advanced fields to see the upload file button:
You can add comments if needed.
After you have clicked on "Save" you will see the following:
From here you can edit, print, mail, translate or comment on the information.
