Shared Dashboards are set up to allow other users to consult stored information, interact with Digimind graphs and analysis, and run their own searches in the Digimind Content Factory (DCF).
Some shared dashboards may also contain alerts from agents and others may also have a link to Profiles.
Dashboards are made up of different tabs, each of which will contain different information and / or analysis.
The tabs are shown at the top. To move from one to another, simply click on the one you would like to open:
Consult Stored Information
Inside a tab on a dashboard, recent stored stories can be displayed like this (to find out more about other display options follow this link):
From July 23rd 2014 you will also be able to click on like or comment to leave a like or a comment on that information. To find out more, please follow this link.
You can also see any tags that have been applied to this information. Read more on tags on this post.
Clicking on the title of a story will open that story in a new window. Here you can read it in full, and leave a comment. You can also print the story, send it by mail to another person or translate it. Depending on your access rights to the project ini which it is stored, you may also be able to edit or delete the story from Digimind.
Interact with Graphs and Analysis
Graphs and analysis can take many forms inside Digimind. To find out more about our range of graphs, follow this link.
You can click on parts of the graph to see the stories that lie behind.
Hover over the information to reveal the action button, and then you can click to read the article in full.
Conduct a Search
Using the search bar at the top of the page, you will be able to run your own search terms through the Digimind Content Factory.

In the top left corner of the shared dashboard, the Actions button gives you access to other Digimind features:

If you have been given access to more than one shared dashboard, you can click on the Dashboard button to see your shared dashboards. They wil be listed in alphabetical order.
